  • A typical package includes wide-angle exterior and interior shots, detailed images (fixtures, finishes), supplied in both high and low-resolution.

  • Yes - twilight shoots and drone aerial photography are available as add-ons. Drone work requires CAA approval and weather-permitting conditions.

  • Please declutter, clean thoroughly, open curtains/blinds, and stage key rooms. I’ll send a prep checklist beforehand to ensure the shoot runs smoothly.

  • You’ll receive an initial set for selection within 24 hours. Once selected for edit, the turnaround is usually 48 hours.

  • Yes, I partner with Matterport and other providers for interactive 3D virtual tours and can include floorplan overlays - ask for details in your quote.
